Retained Search

We meet with you and find out about your organisation, its structure, strategies, missions and goals. You have a representative assigned exclusively to your organisation.

You contact us every time there is a resource requirement. We will conduct a highly structured search to attract candidates who will be happy and productive in their new job. This is because he would know what it takes to succeed in that specific position, he understands the organization and clearly knows what to expect in his new job.

You hire us exclusively to fill positions and pay a monthly retainer for our efforts.

Contingent Search

We find suitable candidates for you depending upon the job description and requirements as and when there is a need in your organisation.There is no exclusivity of contract. You are free to work with other search firms or source candidates on your own.The job specifications are more fluid, allowing for a breadth of candidates who could potentially “fit” the role. Unlike retained search, more effort is expended by you in assessing fit with the job and other aspects such as reference checking.
